Kadac developed Shelly Beach Garden Villas as a turnkey project over 30 months for the Sneech Property Group.  It is a retirement village with 113 houses, lockup garages, clubhouse, care facility, pool set in an exquisite garden setting with natural watercourses.

Kadac Konstruct a member of the EziHold Group specializes in civil construction and the installation of infrastructure.

Ultra modern styled development in the Greenstone Hill area. Kadac assisted developer Yellow Star Properties to build and finished several of these unique dwellings.

Steve assisted the owner of Bergsig in planning the development of the existing lodge and bushcamp into an eco estate with 160 lodges and 40 lapas. Conferencing and business facilities, restaurants, swimming pools and health spa is included as part of the resort.

Sewer Treatment and Water Purification Plants

Steve assisted with the design installation and commissioning of the sewer treatment plant for Shelly Beach Garden Villas. Many municipal areas do not have sufficient infrastructure which requires developer to install processing plants at own cost.  Our turnkey solutions will save developers money and time!
